Finding Happiness

I don't know the origin of the picture to the left, but all I know is that it is true: I really am in charge of how I feel today...and I do choose happiness. So, with's blog is devoted to all things about finding happiness! I hope you enjoy!

Merriam-Webster defines Happiness as "a : a state of well-being and contentment : joy
b : a pleasurable or satisfying experience."

In searching for great quotes about happiness, I found this site, The Board of Wisdom: The Best Happiness Quotes. The one that stood out the most is by an unknown writer. The 45 things that Happiness is. 

Happiness is:
