Finding Happiness

I don't know the origin of the picture to the left, but all I know is that it is true: I really am in charge of how I feel today...and I do choose happiness. So, with that...today's blog is devoted to all things about finding happiness! I hope you enjoy!

Merriam-Webster defines Happiness as "a : a state of well-being and contentment : joy
b : a pleasurable or satisfying experience."

In searching for great quotes about happiness, I found this site, The Board of Wisdom: The Best Happiness Quotes. The one that stood out the most is by an unknown writer. The 45 things that Happiness is. 



Happiness is: 

  1. Falling in love. 
  2. Laughing so hard your face hurts. 
  3. A hot shower. 
  4. No lines at the supermarket.

However you define happiness, the most important thing to remember is that no one goes into life searching for heartache or sadness. Our happiness comes from within.
